    Puntarelle really are fabulous, dressed with that wonderful anchovy and garlic dressing that sets off its slight bitterness so well.

    As a matter of fact, I had puntarelle for the very first time just this week since we left Rome. Didn't even know it existed Stateside! It was a great treat and brought back some wonderful memories!

    Stateside? Frank - only you would find this here!! WHERE? Seeds? Planting for the spring! My Helena yogi girl made it for me in Milano, with that wonderful anchovy and garlic, like you said. It's a beauty. Let me know! Ciao ciao!
