  1. Puntarelle really are fabulous, dressed with that wonderful anchovy and garlic dressing that sets off its slight bitterness so well.

    As a matter of fact, I had puntarelle for the very first time just this week since we left Rome. Didn't even know it existed Stateside! It was a great treat and brought back some wonderful memories!
