ReplyDeleteIt was a wonderful experience, I think enhanced mostly by good friends and new friends. Being foodies, we can stand back and give our very "educated" opinions regarding each course, wine selection, and the venue. In actuality - I am not sure we could have done better ourselves? Ok, maybe better wine selection, and yes, the dessert!, but it is a challenge to feed 130 people at one time! I respect what they are doing - and had a good time.
