Tomatillos like it when it's hot
Yours might grow but maybe not
Don't despair for all is not lost
Your local grocer has them at a very low cost
Taking these photographs earlier in the week, I questioned why my beautiful Tomatillo shells 
were seemingly empty of the 'tomatillo' 
and this sweet poem from my friend, Khalil, 
who has one of the very best farm fresh food markets             
at the Madison Farmer's Market, after writing about 
ROASTING his (I'M SURE RIPE AND PERFECT) TOMATILLOS!

    I'll have to try to grow tomatillos in my little garden in PHX, will let you know how they do. Love your blog!
